00 — About

Operations is where strategy meets reality.

I work at the intersection of business operations, finance and accounting — the layer where decisions become processes and processes become outcomes. Across a nationwide courier network and an early-stage venture, I have owned compliance-grade books, vendor relationships and the day-to-day systems that keep a business honest with itself.

What I enjoy most is digital transformation: replacing scattered spreadsheets and informal habits with clear workflows, documented requirements and tools that people actually use. I have led a corporate website build, launched a brand's first digital presence, and translated operational reality into software requirements for developers.

An entrepreneurial instinct runs through all of it. I read markets, follow technology closely, and treat every inefficiency as a business case waiting to be written. Continuous learning is not a line on my resume — it is how I have gone from student to operator while still completing my degree.

An MBA is my next deliberate step: to convert hands-on operating experience into rigorous strategic and financial judgement, and to lead businesses at a scale beyond what execution alone can reach.

02 — Business Impact

Five problems, and what changed after.

Each initiative framed the way a business case should be: the challenge, the action taken, the outcome delivered.

01

Corporate Website Transformation

Challenge
A nationwide courier network had no credible digital front door for franchise partners and enterprise clients.
Action
Defined business requirements, selected and managed an external development agency, and owned content, domain and DNS setup through launch.
Impact
A professional corporate website that now anchors franchise enquiries and brand credibility.
02

Social Media Branding Initiative

Challenge
Brand presence was invisible to a younger, digital-first customer base.
Action
Built the business case, onboarded a freelance marketing professional and set the content and review cadence.
Impact
A consistent branded presence and the company's first organic inbound channel.
03

Software Development Coordination

Challenge
Developers were building without a clear view of how operations actually ran day to day.
Action
Gathered requirements from operations, documented workflows, and validated features before rollout.
Impact
Fewer post-release fixes and a product that mirrors real operational processes.
04

Operational Process Improvements

Challenge
Billing, reconciliation and vendor payments relied on scattered manual tracking.
Action
Standardised records in TallyPrime and Excel with reconciliation checkpoints and reusable templates.
Impact
Faster monthly closing with materially less manual rework and cleaner compliance trails.
05

Business Expansion Support

Challenge
Franchise and pricing decisions needed evidence, not instinct.
Action
Ran pricing comparisons and structured franchise performance data for the leadership team.
Impact
Sharper pricing and expansion conversations grounded in numbers.

06 — Why MBA

Why MBA?

I have spent three years learning how businesses actually run. An MBA is how I learn to decide where they should go.

Working inside a nationwide logistics network and an early-stage venture taught me something a classroom could not: most business problems are not knowledge problems, they are clarity problems. Someone has to define the process, own the numbers and make the call. I have enjoyed being that person — and I have also seen the ceiling of doing it on instinct alone.

An MBA is the deliberate way past that ceiling. I want the analytical depth to model a decision before making it, the financial fluency to argue for capital, and the exposure to peers and industries that stretches how I think about what a business can be.

My long-term goal is to lead and scale businesses through data-driven decision making — first in strategy, operations or consulting, then as a builder of my own organisation. I would rather earn that right through rigour than assume it through ambition.

Strategy

Learn to zoom out — to read markets, competitive position and capital allocation with the same comfort I now read a reconciliation.

Operations at scale

I have improved processes for a regional office and a startup. An MBA gives me the frameworks to do it for organisations with hundreds of moving parts.

Consulting rigour

Structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis and the discipline of defending a recommendation with evidence.

Technology & entrepreneurship

Technology is the fastest lever a business has. I want to build ventures where operational excellence and modern tooling compound together.

“I believe businesses grow when people, processes, and technology work together. My goal is to build organizations that are efficient, scalable, and driven by meaningful impact.”
